I’m Alessio Palmieri, based in Rome, Italy. I have designed and built homes, worked in property brokerage with Italian real estate agent qualification through the Rome Chamber of Commerce, and developed years of experience in digital marketing and visual communication.
I use that technical and practical background to create virtual staging and property renderings for agents, developers and renovation businesses. AI is part of the process; my experience guides the brief, the visual choices and the review of the result.
I also created QuizCam (formerly quizagenteimmobiliare.it) and Esame Agente Immobiliare, Italian-language resources used by thousands of aspiring real estate agents.
